Pure Meditation Foundation

Pure Meditation* is a very ancient, in-depth meditation that shows us how to bring fulfilment into every aspect of our lives. A valuable first step is to practise Pure Meditation Foundation,  a Mindfulness tool that helps you master stress and bring much more peace and calm into your everyday life. It is a great way to build your powers of concentration, and learn how to keep your attention fully in the present instead of thinking about the past or worrying about the future. It can be learnt in little over an hour, and needs to be practised for just a short time each day. It is ideal for anyone who is new to meditation.

Pure Meditation Foundation is taught either one-to-one or in groups. It is generally taught in one session, but sometimes, as in the case of a group, the teaching may be spread over a few weeks. It is delivered by teachers who are specially trained and registered to teach it. It benefits people of all ages and from all walks of life, and is a meditation practice particularly suited to those in the business world as it helps to strengthen inner resilience and reduce the impact of high levels of stress.

Weekly Meditation Evenings

Meditation evenings are held every Wednesday starting at 8.30pm at a venue in central Bristol. You are welcome whether you already have a meditation practice or are a complete beginner. For further information, please call or email as below if possible at least 24 hours beforehand.
